Every week we feature a different artist. If you've missed one or are new to us, you can find them all here.
Vanessa Lee
The word vintage is very much in vogue and there are many happy events to celebrate and sad events to commemorate over the next few years.
Singer Vanessa Lee calls her vintage show Hour Glass and includes lots of favourites which will bring back memories to those who were around in the 40s & 50s. She’ll also give some insight into the style of those times for younger audiences.
Her wardrobe, hair and make-up re-create those glamorous days and she can choose her music tracks to suit a roistering singalong or more sophisticated soiree.

Vanity Fare
At around 6 minutes, this week’s video is a bit longer than some we feature but it seems a shame to shorten such a happy experience!
How many people do you know have been earning their living doing the same thing for over 40 years and loved just about every minute? Amongst those lucky few are 3 members of Vanity Fare whose current stage show combines their classic songs such as Gold Disc hits Hitching A Ride and Early In The Morning with familiar material from other artists who have shaped their musical history.
In this era when tributes seem to reign supreme, isn’t it great to know you can book the real thing?

Viva La Diva
It’s always a pleasure to feature local talent, so would Viva La Diva be just right for your show? This troupe of talented dancers will provide variety, glamour, excitement and a little tease without sleaze!
Their costumes and choreography are gorgeous for fans of traditional feathers, sequins and high heels but they also have some contemporary routines to fit current trends.
These girls are showstoppers in their own right and their smiles will light up your evening whether it be Moulin Rouge, variety or cool cabaret.

Week Commencing February 17 2014: Vixens of Vogue
If Apple County’s clients are anything to go by, Soul and Motown must feature amongst the most enduring and most loved music ever to take the world by storm. This week we are happy to feature some girls who do this very well – the Vixens of Vogue sing with such commitment and conviction, they’ll have you feeling good too.
They’ll bring you great songs from Aretha Franklin, The Supremes, Four Tops, Labelle, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Cee Lo Green, Lady Ga Ga, Duffy and more. If you want to party, they’ll supply the atmosphere and turn up the heat with their classy performance. If 3 Vixens don’t suit your stage or event, they can leave 1 Vixen back in the den.
As they always say "Life is a song.... SING IT!"

Voice Of The Heart-Karen Carpenter
Carole Gordon who sings as ‘Karen Carpenter’ doesn’t pretend to be a tribute artist by trying to look like her idol, but her voice is uncannily accurate. Close your eyes and you could almost be in the presence of one of the greatest singers in pop history.
Her band is very special, with a sympathetic Musical Director and some excellent, multi-talented musicians whose backing vocals add to a beautiful production.
There’ll be many favourites in the set list: For All We Know, Close To You, A Kind of Hush, Superstar, etc. Did you know The Carpenters recorded some Beatles songs in their own inimitable style? Carole’s show features Ticket To Ride and Help.
You’ll also learn a little about the ‘Voice of the Heart’ album which was recorded in 1983 - the last that Karen Carpenter ever recorded.
This show is a sure fire hit with audiences, so how about yours?

Voo Boo
If you have a nervous disposition then you shouldn’t watch our video this week!
However, if you like your entertainment spooktacular and want to organise something frightening for your guests, then these are the guys for you. With the jungle drum beating, Bone Daddy & Spider Bones arise from the dead, striking fear into the hearts of all who meet them – well it is Hallowe’en!

Vox Magique
Vox Magique present a 45 minute show featuring magic & illusion, singing, comedy and audience participation. Very much a family show, it covers many genres of music from pop to musicals, making it popular with all ages.
This, however, is what makes it unique:- all the tricks being performed relate directly to what is being sung, with each track being written or adapted from scratch by an expert music producer. Certainly a novel and most enjoyable concept and a very original presentation!
With a whole night’s entertainment in mind, this talented duo can combine their cabaret presentation with a children’s magic and balloon show and a super vocal set to finish off a perfect evening.
