Week Commencing March 30, 2015: Ben Fletcher

Need a musician with a lot of talent and a bit of attitude? Then Ben Fletcher could be just the guy for you. He’s crafted some great backing tracks from scratch to support his excellent live guitar playing so everything you hear on the video will be what you get on a live performance.

Ben’s performance is suitable for so many occasions: corporate party, wedding, hotel, club, family get together, etc. He can create a great atmosphere or get people dancing – the choice is yours.

The video is very short (Ben’s research tells him most people make up their mind in around 15 seconds!) but Apple County can give you more details so please get in touch.

Week Commencing Mar 25 2013: Ben Nickless

Ben Nickless started out on the comedy circuit in 2004 having spent 4 years getting excellent training in Holiday Parks. In 2006 he appeared on BBC television, winning his heat of Let Me Entertain You hosted by Brian Conley. This has been followed by exciting Summer and Panto Seasons in some beautiful theatres across the UK.

Ben is also a great hit in cabaret at private parties and corporate functions, providing audiences with an evening of great fun and hilarity.

Please take a look at Ben’s video and contact Apple County to find out more about Ben or lots more comedy options

When you call yourself ‘The Ultimate’ audience expectations are going to be high and in this case you will definitely not be disappointed!  To do something this well and make it look so easy, there’s an awful lot of skill and hard work in the background.

The Berries vocal harmonies are tremendous, their presentation is slick and to say they look the part is an understatement.

Week Commencing Feb 11 2013: Big Mac's Wholly Soul Band

This week we feature a ‘must see’ band for discerning Soul fans everywhere. They’re celebrating more than 20 years in the business playing from Soho to Cairo and supporting everyone from Van Morrison and Edwin Starr to Jools Holland and The Pasadenas.

This is the way to play Stax, Soul and Motown, with a full 10 piece band: great brass section, girl backing singers, pulsating rhythm section and Big Mac himself on lead vocals. You’ll get not only great musicianship but also a great performance.

This is a truly hot band - the real deal - playing classic soul as if their lives depended on it.

Week Commencing Mar 11 2013: Black Jack Davey Keogh

This week it’s a pleasure to feature some authentic Irish music with Black Jack Davey Keogh who’s an Irish multi-instrumentalist, singer & comedian. When he performs solo he plays banjos, mandolin, bouzouki, bodhran, guitar, bagpipes and sings to his own  backing tracks (all his own work). He’ll throw in some very engaging comedy making a great show from the start to the encore.

Davey has played all over the world both solo and fronting his exciting band Wylde Green.

Week Commencing June 29, 2015: Blak Flamez

Originally formed in 1973 by Buggsy Durant, the Blak Flamez were one of the pioneers on the Bristol reggae/ska scene. Fast forward to 1990 and you’ll find them winning various music awards, writing and performing  soundtracks with stars of film and TV.

They’ve always had great success touring the UK presenting their live show, playing their own brand of music just how audiences like it.

If you want your music authentic, that’s exactly what you’ll get! The Flamez just love what they play and you’ll be in the land of ska from the first note to the last.

The Blak Flamez- still burning the place down!

Week Commencing May 28 2012: Blaze

Feeling hot? There’s plenty more heat and light in a choreographed fire show so as the daylight fades you can create a truly spectacular finale to your special event. The performers provide all the props and music so you can enjoy some truly professional entertainment.  And if fire isn’t your thing then they’ll use UV lights, LED costumes and lasers animations  which are bound to impress.

Please take a look at the video below which will give you a taster of what you can enjoy. By the way (we’ve been waiting for the chance to say it) don’t try this at home.

Week Commencing February 10 2014: The Bluebirds

These two girls will take you from Elizabethan England with their outrageous costumes, through operatic favourites to the incisive humour of 1930s Berlin and on to Broadway. The Bluebirds present their very individual cabaret featuring divine voices and devilish humour, together with some excellent playing from their pianist, band or lute player – depending on which presentation you pick.

They can work their vocal magic around your dinner when they’ll choose a selection of operatic delights to complement the occasion.

Barbie Girl also makes an appearance but not usually like this! Intrigued? ……….. please take a look at the video and let us know if they can make your event even more special.
